Main functions of banana plug

Banana plugs and sockets are all kinds of power outlets, which are widely used. All movable electrical appliances need to be powered on through sockets and plugs. There are many kinds of electrical plugs and sockets, including single-phase two eye, single-phase three eye, three-phase four eye safety plugs and sockets, etc.

Pay attention to the following points when using banana plugs and sockets:

First, banana plugs and sockets shall be firmly installed on the insulating board, the electrical board and the outside of the distribution board.

Second, when installing a three hole socket, the grounding hole (large hole) must be installed above, and the grounding terminal must be connected with the grounding wire. The neutral wire cannot be used as the grounding wire.

Third, the phase line shall be connected to the regular terminal (marked with "L") and the 220V power supply *** the socket is generally "left zero and right phase". The socket with two holes and three holes is a combined socket, which is mostly used as a mobile socket.

Fourth, the rated current of the banana plug or socket shall be greater than the rated current of the connected electrical load. The rated current of the electrical appliance is not allowed to exceed the rated current on the socket.

Fifth, the use of mobile plugs should adhere to cleaning and pay attention to moisture-proof, so as to avoid insulation damage, electric leakage or short circuit.

Sixth, some single-phase three eye plugs and sockets or three-phase four eye plugs and sockets must connect the ground wire to the terminal with grounding symbol and connect with the metal shell of electrical appliances to ensure safe power consumption.

Seventh, the plug and socket must be contacted reliably during wiring. The wire metal heads on adjacent terminals must be kept at a certain interval, and burrs are not allowed to prevent short circuit.
